RSUA notable works

Two of our projects made the Royal Society of Ulster Architects ‘Little Yellow Book Of Projects 2021’ - with Portballintrae House & Portrush House (Blackrock Beach House) both featuring.

We didn’t quite make the awards podium this time around, but we are pleased to be included amongst the most notable projects in the region for 2021!

Well done to the shortlisted projects and the two award winners this year, both notably restoration projects;

  • The Lanyon Building Conservation and Restoration Project, by Consarc  for Queen’s University, Belfast

  • Carrickfergus Castle Roof Replacement, by Alastair Coey Architects in partnership with Kennedy Fitzgerald Architects for the Department for Communities, Historic Environment Division
